A friend purchased the ebony wood necklace pictured below as a gift for me from San Francisco based jeweler, JBalducci, a couple years back. It's been one of my favorite pieces since and I always get compliments when I wear it.
I agree with Edith Wharton who said it best, "The enjoyment of beauty and the exercise of critical intelligence are two of the best things worth living for."
